church in Lubbock Texas. He is married to Jess and has

Jason is the worship
leader for our 10:39am contemporary service. He is currently a
full-time student at Azusa Pacific University where he is working
towards his Bachelors of Arts with emphases in both Music Theory and
Church Music. He is also working towards a Minor in Youth Ministry.
His musical styles are
a lot like David Crowder, Chris Tomlin, Charlie Hall, Matt Redman, and
Tim Hughes; all of which happen to be most of the artists he listens
to. Along with a love for music Jason also has a huge love for the
Dodgers and dreams of even playing for them one day.

Michele Southerland |
Choir Director |

Michele Southerland (Shelley) began singing as a child in the WesPres
JOY Choir and joined the adult choir as a teen and has been singing here
and throughout the area since. She previously directed children and
adult vocal & handbell choirs for us, plus has performed solo vocal &
handbell pieces at many churches in the area. She is currently singing
with the Ventura County Master Chorale.

am excited to once again be able to lead and support WesPres worshippers
in quality ‘Traditional’ worship that is meaningful and uplifting.”

Kathy Antrobus |
Director of
Children's Ministries |

Kathy Antrobus is
the Superintendent of Children's' Ministries. She is married to
Wayne and has four children Maridee, Lorraine, Rob and Scott and two
grandchildren Mundo and Mikki. She has an AA, BA, and MA in
Anthropology and also teaches at Moorpark College.
She has been involved with children and youth by leading Jr. Hi.
Youth Groups with Wayne, VBS co-coordinator, and Sunday School teacher.
Outside of church she was involved with children through PTA, soccer and
Little League before volunteering to be Superintendent of Children's
Ministries.
